Reset password
Customers may change default passwords. In case those passwords are forgotten or lost it is possible to reset all passwords to default.
Reset passwords manually:
• Stop Robot-Config.
• Go to the directory C:\robot-config and remove the file "user.db"
• Start Robot-Config again. All passwords should be reset to default now.
