If the machine needs to be completely powered down, the following procedure explains how
to safely shut down the machine:
- Ensure that the robot is in a safe position (above the pick point).
- Stop the program by pressing the STOP button and wait for the conveyor to come to a complete stop.
- Press the "Shutdown" button located on the bottom bar of the HMI Panel.
- Confirm by pressing shutdown on the pop-up window.
- Wait for the operating system of the HMI to shut down and for the robot to power down. The robot will be powered down when the LED’s on the gripper are off.
- Turn the main switch (black) on the robot's cabinet.
